Dr Adam Sheridan is a consultant dermatologist at Surgery & Laser, Phoenix Dermatology and the Victorian Dermatology & Surgery in Melbourne. He is also Head of Unit, Dermatology at Ramsays Hospitals and visiting Dermatologic Surgeon at The Alfred and The Skin & Cancer Foundation with expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery and medical lasers.
Dr Sheridan has undergone training in both Australia and the United Kingdom (UK) and has Clinical Research Fellowships in Dermatology and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the UK. He is active on several committees with the Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD) and is on the Medical Advisory Committee at The Avenue Private Hospital in Windsor.
Dr Sheridan is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Australian Medical Association, Australian Day Hospital Association, Australian Society of Cosmetic Dermatology, Australasian Academy of Antiageing Medicine, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Royal Society of Medicine, UK, General Medical Council, UK and the International Society for Biophysics and Imaging of the Skin.
He holds an advanced fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Cutaneous Oncology, and Lasers endorsed by the ACD and the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr Sheridan is also clinical tutor of medical students and specialist trainees.
